proposal类：
学生认为学校某方面做的不够好所以提建议，一般来说会有sincerely的落款，但也有特殊情况需要根据文章内容来确定。
答题时用:The proposal is about suggesting that the university do sth.
announcement类：
学校决定要做某些事情所以给出通知。
答题时用：They announce about doing(文章里面找) sth.
听力
听力里面的情况有两种， Agree or Disagree.
以Woman为例：
The woman agrees/disagrees with this idea.
分别陈述两个观点：
The first reason given by the article is that....The woman points out that....
+The second reason given is that...The woman point out that again

P/A(proposal/announcement)+A/D(agree/disagree)+W/M(woman/man)
