3、但是，鼓励兴趣的培养不等于学校就要根据每个学生的兴趣来进行教育，这既无意义也不现实。
一方面老师是有限的，而学生的兴趣是各种各样的;另一方面，年轻的学生并没有足够的判断力来决定自己该学什么，比如数学，有些学生不喜欢学，但是能直接完全放弃吗?过分强调学生兴趣势必会造成教学的紊乱，而且学生的兴趣不同阶段可能发生改变。
4、总结：是要重视兴趣对教育发挥作用的重要性，但也不可以一味以学生个人爱好为转移。
