In the lecture，the professor provides us two examples to explain this concept. First, in a luxurious car store, before finally pay one, the customer usually ask a lot of questions, like the price, property, service, the list goes on. Because the car is so expensive, they want to know more. However, in the second case, say in a shopping mall. Although there are so many kinds and types of clothes and shoes displayed, and their price differ from each other. People will not ask the seller one by one. They think it is a waste of time.
